[#5G] Começou: Mulher-Maravilha oficializada como primeira heroína

Uma das mudanças que o 5G trará para o Universo DC é estabelecer a Mulher-Maravilha como a primeira super-heroína da editora. Em termos cronológicos, quer dizer. Após alguns meses de silêncio e algumas dicas sendo publicadas no final de Doomsday Clock, encerrada há poucas semanas, a DC anunciou o lançamento de Wonder Woman #750, uma edição história para a Amazona e para a editora, marcando o estabelecimento da Mulher-Maravilha como a precursora do super-heroísmo da DC. Segundo Dan DiDio, a história da HQ será produzida por Scott Snyder Bryan Hitch, dois artistas pra lá de populares. “Houve muita conversa sobre nossa linha do tempo”, disse DiDio em um Q&A no Facebook. “O objetivo é trazer uma linha de base da narrativa que traga um nível de consistência e uniformidade nas interpretações dos personagens. Estamos procurando construir uma série de quadrinhos que irá recontar a história do Universo DC. De certa forma, isso se tornará nossa ‘Bíblia’ para o Universo DC”, afirmou DiDio. Segundo ele, Wonder Woman #750 dá o pontapé inicial à construção desta Bíblia. Para ele, a renumeração da revista da Mulher-Maravilha é uma atitude poderosa, no sentido de que esta é a primeira vez que eles estão admitindo a linha do tempo, estabelecendo a Amazona como a primeira super-heroína. Ele garantiu que algo similar acontecerá com o Flash, mas não deu maiores detalhes. Wonder Woman #750 será lançada em 22 de janeiro, seguida por uma renumeração semelhante em Flash #750, agendada para 26 de fevereiro. Como dito anteriormente, a cronologia da DC está sendo dividida em quatro eras. Elas explicam o início das coisas até o momento atual. 

  1. A chamada Dawn of the Heroic Age (“Alvorecer da Era Heroica”) começa com a chegada da Mulher-Maravilha, vinda de Themyscira; 
  2. em seguida temos The Space Age (“A Era Espacial”), marcada pela chagada de Kal-El à Terra; 
  3. em terceiro lugar, The Age of Crisis (“A Era das Crises”), marcada pelo intervalo entre a Crise nas Infinitas Terras Flashpoint, incluindo aí eventos cósmicos como Zero HoraCrise InfinitaCrise Final e tantos outros; 
  4. por fim, a Flashpoint Era (“Era Flashpoint”) que, na verdade, é marcada pelos eventos após o término da saga, ou seja, dos Novos 52 em diante. Com Doomsday Clock concluída, Geoff Johns deixou aberta a possibilidade de que as diversas linhas cronológicas sejam “acessadas” em algum momento. Sempre bem informado – inclusive sobre este assunto – o Bleeding Cool descobriu recentemente que a editora está planejando um novo evento nos moldes de Convergência, para dar espaço e tempo para a nova cronologia se desenvolver. Apesar de já ter sofrido alguns atrasos, esta nova saga, que está sob a batuta da editora Marie Javins, chegará às lojas entre o fim do verão e o início do outono no hemisfério norte.
